Rose 2009 for aperitif
Vertical of Nikela 97,99,02,03 with a variety of starters
Pinotage 1997, 2003 will be served with fish
Cab/Merlot 1997, 2003 with the main course
CWG Cabernet- Reserve 2005 and Cabernet/Merlot/Petit Verdot 2005 with matured cheese
