Intro :  Chef Ghenwa from Ghenwa's Lebanese Cooking Club is offering an extensive workshop followed by lunch at the Olivello restaurant in Klapmuts, Stellenbosch, in conjunction with the fine wines of Marianne Wine Estate. Come and enjoy what promises to be an enjoyable Saturday in the winelands.

Description : Recently returned from Lebanon, chef Ghenwa will offer a cooking workshop that will take you through detailed preparation (written recipes provided) of a five course meal comprised of 3 mezze (starters),main dish and dessert.

The five course meal will be served with a complementary glass of Marianne Rose. The whole range of Marianne wines will be available for tasting and purchase.
