Intro :  Book your seat for the second annual Winebiz Conference taking place at Spier Estate on 30 August 2012. The Winebiz Conference focuses on the marketing and sales of wine and is aimed at wine marketers, general managers and winery owners.

Description : The conference will inspire wine marketers and transfer knowledge that can be used in the marketing and selling of wine. The programme focuses on trends, case studies, strategies, legislation issues and e-marketing. The conference brings together local industry leaders and offers great networking opportunities. A must attend event for all marketers and sales people of wine.

After attending last year’s Winebiz Conference at Erinvale Hotel, wine marketers, general managers and sales people were impressed with the high standard of content and advice that they could use to implement in their own wine businesses.

Some of the confirmed speakers for 2012 includes: Hein Koegelenberg (Leopard’s Leap), Gareth Pearson (BMi Research), Lorna Powe (SalesPartners Cape Town), Danie Cronjé (Cluver Markotter), Jessica Axelson (Adams & Adams), Leon Lategan (Purple Cow Communications), Linda Harding (The Squashed Tomato) and others.

Highlights include sales tips, case studies, digital marketing and social media outlooks. The conference promises skills development and relevant information that can be implemented for better sales results. The programme line-up includes in-depth talks by sales, e-marketing, law and marketing experts.
