Chef Aurelien Gransagne of the numerously Michelin-graded L'Esperance Restaurant located in Saint Pere Sous Vezelay, Burgundy www.marc-meneau-esperance.com will be in residence at Majeka House from the end of January 2010 to mentor the hotel's recently appointed Anri Diener.
Evenings open to non residents are 25 to 31 January 210 and the 4-course menu incuding French Champagne on arrival is priced at R450.00 per person. Wine pairing options are available at an extra cost.
A special dinner, bed and breakfast rate is available for the occasion on the nights of 26 and 27 January 2010 and priced at R1360 per person sharing. |
