It has successfully broken the mould of the traditional bird park or zoo. They use age-old falconry techniques – which have been tried and tested over 4 000 years – to rehabilitate, house and train birds. For the adventurous tourist, the seasoned birder or the weekend entertainment-seeker, their programme is sure to thrill and excite. Flying demonstrations are held daily.
