We pass Table Mountain and areas such as District 6, Rhodes Estate, Groote Schuur Hospital, Rhodes Memorial and The University of Cape Town. All of these places are deeply entrenched in the history and culture of the city and invariably lead to interesting discussions regarding the past, present and future of our country. Guests return to the estate at approximately 17h30.

The Cape Cuisine tour
Guests leave the estate at approximately 08h00 to embark on a voyage of discovery and experience the various cuisines that match the host of cultures in Cape Town. The idea of this tour is to sample various food and beverages that are synonymous with the many South African cultures.

During this tour you will be introduced to the following cultures: Dutch, Cape Malay, Cape Coloured, Xhosa, Wineland farmers, French, English and Game Farmers. Guests return to the estate at approximately 19h00.
