As the pioneers of South Africa's first Méthode Cap Classique, (sparkling wine made in the classic French Champagne tradition) great inspiration lies in the name of the restaurant. In wine terms, including French Champagne, cuvée refers to the best grape juice chosen for producing the finest wine in the cellar.
