• Take the R44 towards Somerset West / Strand
• Drive approximately 10km until the sign: M3 Annandale Road, Lynedoch
• Turn right at the robots, continue for approximately 2.5km past Soverby Guest House until you see the black sign board on the right: Spier Wines
• Turn right and continue on road, at the boom, turn left on the gravel road
• Entrance to Spier Wines is 500m at the "Spier Wines Cellar"

• Take the N2- Airport Road heading towards Somerset West.
• Take exit 33 which is the Baden Powell Drive/R310 turnoff.
• Turn left at the Stop sign going in the direction of Stellenbosch
• Proceed for +/- 8kms on the road [R310] going in the direction of Stellenbosch.
• At the robot, turn right into Annandale Road
• Turn left at the Spier Wines Sign and continue on road, at the boom, turn left on the gravel road
• Entrance to Spier Wines is 500m at the "Spier Wines Cellar"

From Durbanville (N1)

• Take N1 and exit 47
• Turn right at the stop sign and continue to Stellenbosch on the R44
• As you drive into Stellenbosch keep straight and you will get into Adam Tas road which has the railway line on its right. Go past Simonsberg Cheeses and Bergkelder
• Turn right at the sign for Cape Town and Kuils River - R310
• At sign for Muizenberg - R310 turn left Proceed for +/- 8kms on the road [R310] going in the direction of Stellenbosch. At the robot, turn left into Annandale Road
• Turn left at the Spier Wines Sign and continue on road, at the boom, turn left on the gravel road
• Entrance to Spier Wines is 500m at the "Spier Wines Cellar"
