Windmeul Cellar is situated 16 km from the N1 turn-off alongside the R44 from Cape Town towards Wellington.

Our vineyards stretching from the pretty valleys of the Swartland and Wellington to Agter-Paarl and Perdeberg, even towards Durbanville. Thus Windmeul has good quality grapes from several climates to create beautiful wines through the art of masterful blending by our Cellarmaster, Danie Marais, and our Winemaker, Francois van Niekerk, assisted by Pierre Vienings.

Currently, Windmeul has 44 registered producing members - all committed to only delivering the best quality grapes.
Our modern and comfortable tasting facilities which opened in 2006 are wheelchair-friendly and boasts a spacious function hall with views into some of the oldest parts of the cellar.

Take the N1, turn left onto the R44 towards Wellington. Carry on for 15km and you'll see us on your left-hand side. As easy as that!
