Waterford wine tasting experience featuring a selection of Reserve Wines chosen by Kevin Arnold. Visitors to Waterford may now choose from three experiences. The standard tasting covers the Waterford, Kevin Arnold and Pecan Stream wines.

The Chocolate and Wine tasting is a unique flavour experience with custom-made chocolates paired with Waterford's red and dessert wines. The Reserve tasting features Waterford's newly released flagship wine, The Jem.

The Reserve Tasting will cost R100 per person and will take place in a designated area of the Waterford courtyard where guests can absorb the beautiful surroundings and embrace the Waterford experience.Bookings are essential, ensuring guests receive extra special attention upon arrival and during their time at Waterford.

Von Geusau Fine Chocolates

Greyton, a fairy-tale village set in the heart of the Overberg, is the home of a delectable enterprise - VON GEUSAU CHOCOLATES.

Here, the creation of fine chocolates is pursued in the purest traditional manner, following original recipes and the artisanal production system. The charm and magic of the surrounds are captured in every melt-in-the-mouth delicacy emanating from this Chocolaterie.

The fine chocolate couverture used in the creation of these specialities, is procured from a renowned Belgian supplier - fine meaning the finest texture to give absolute smoothness on the palate. This chocolate also distinguishes itself by its high cocoa butter content. All the chocolates are meticulously made by hand, using only the finest, freshest and original ingredients - fresh farm cream, roasted nuts, exotic liquers, orange peel and marzipan, amongst others. Spicy and aromatic chocolates are also part of the extensive and innovative range, with organic chocolate being a recent addition.

The richness of the aromas, the subtlety of the fillings and the lushness of the covering will delight every taste bud. In addition, personal service, attention to detail, care and perfection are always emphasized. They also undertake special orders and corporate logos in moulded chocolate.

Their new chocolaterie is now open 7 days a week.
