| Vineyards from four unique areas of which two are ocean influenced and two are more inland. Soils vary from red hutton soils, deep gravel and alluvial layered soil. |

| Fermented in varying methods of punch down, submerged cap and aerated pump overs until dry. Then pressed. Malolactic fermentation completed in stainless steel and matured in 80% American Oak and 20% French Oak for 13 months. |
