A delicate sophisticated Cap Classique with delicious flavour intensity. The nose shows delicate floral aromas with hints of ripe yellow apples and citrus freshness. The yeasty bouquet follows through to the unmistakable character of freshly baked bread on the palate. The mousse is refined with a gentle, creamy texture which enhances the exquisite roasted almond nuttiness. The Kaapse Vonkel has beautiful finesse and the elegant finish lingers well, leaving the taste buds calling for more.

A full flavoured dry Rosé made by the Classic Méthode Cap Classique method of fermentation in the bottle. Careful blending of three red grape varieties has created a wine with harmony and smoothness on the palate.

A delightful bright, rosy salmon pink colour which contrasts the string white pearly bubbles. The aromas of rose petals and red berries dominate the nose and reveal its red grape origins. The mousse is fine and enthusiastic and brings out the floral and yeasty aromas in the mouth. A mouthfilling roundness on the palate shows ample fresh fruit intensity and body which is perfectly balanced by a subtle acid structure that leads to a crisp and refreshing dry finish. A wine to celebrate your most romantic moments.

The lovely pale straw colour indicates good evolution after three years on the yeast lees. The nose shows ripe biscuity red grape flavours, which is followed by hints of toasted nuts and freshly baked bread. The higher than normal Chardonnay content gives the wine a young citrusy zest. The mousse is fine and creamy on the palate enhancing the nutty, biscuity flavour. The elegant sweetness of this Sec Sparkling wine is perfectly integrated and adds even more length and body to this already well balanced wine.

Prestige cuvée Blanc de Blancs Cap Classique Brut. Delightful golden yellow colour with a very fine persistent mousse forming a necklace of bubbles around the rim. Long slow maturation in our cool cellars allows the yeast to release its toasty warm bread flavours with a touch of oak nuttiness. The elegant citrus aromas of Chardonnay is followed by a surprising freshness on the palate. A delicate, complex Blanc de Blancs with a sophisticated dry finish.
