Cuvée Belle Rose has the faintest tinge of salmon pink, a lively presentation of Pinot Noir flavours, a pleasingly fine mousse and an elegant dry finish.

The richness of the Pinot Noir lends itself ideally to complement mussels, crayfish and prawns, as well as duck in winter. Cuvée Belle Rose also adds romance to an intimate tâte â tâte.

in the cellar : The discreet blush of our Cuvée Belle Rose, achieved by carbonic maceration (internal berry fermentation), is emphasised in the name of this cuvée, the "beautiful rose". This process extracts the elegant colour and the flavours of the Pinot Noir grape, but not the harsh tannins, maintaining a distinguished dry elegance. Cuvée Belle Rose is produced from 100% chosen Pinot Noir.
