Everyone in Cape Town seemed aglow over the weekend with the beautiful sunshine which I think has warmed everyone’s soul (a change from burning fires, red wine and cosy blankets). It was the perfect weekend to try some crisp white Sauvignon Blanc or refreshing MCC's!

I had the privilege to share an awesome day touring some Champagne farms with a lovely bunch of ladies and we visited Villiera, Haute Cabriere and Boschendal, sampling the beautiful MCC's that our country produces.
