sumptuous lunch experience in the Stellenbosch Winelands, when Cuvée
restaurant at Simonsig Estate, pulls out all the stops to ensure Mom
gets what she truly deserves on Sunday, 13 May 2012.

This popular hotspot will treat guests with a five-course indulgence with loads of flavours, satisfying even the most sceptical food connoisseurs. Cuveé’s stunning Mother’s Day feast kicks off with crispy tempura prawns with Assam salsa, followed by tempting wild mushroom tart. After satisfying the fungi fanatics, tender white fish accompanied by pea risotto and tomato fondue will set the stage for the succulent beef fillet. Ending off this feast is Cuvée’s classic mouth-watering crème brûlée.

Cuvée is open from Tuesday to Thursday, 12h00 to 15h00, Friday to Saturday, 12h00 to 15h00 and 19h00 to 22h00 and Sundays for lunch. Private evening functions and parties can be reserved in Simonsig’s swanky Van Niekerk Room.
