| Waterkloof hosts top international designers during Design Indaba lunch |

| Waterkloof, the new 'cellar in the sky' outside Somerset West with its
awe-inspiring architecture, hosted the crème de la crème of this year's
Design Indaba speakers and international delegates during an exclusive
lunch at the estate's new signature restaurant. |
|
Controversial domestic diva, Martha Stewart, who has her own Emmy Award-winning television series in the USA, was among the elite group of international designers who were treated to a three-course indulgence by Waterkloof's French Chef, Grégory Czarnecki, matched with the estate's European-style wines.
Gorgeously appointed in a 10 metre high glass promontory flowing from the slick new wine tasting lounge and state-of-the-art gravitational cellar, the restaurant is set against the majestic backdrop of Waterkloof's amphitheatre of vineyards and the full expanse of False Bay in the distance.
Waterkloof cellar triumphs as the first South African architectural feat for Castle Rock Design, an Australian based company that is internationally recognised for its innovation in the design and management of wineries, luxury resorts and hospitality related projects.
The interior design and decor features were created by Frank Böhm Studios in Cape Town, whose designs can be found throughout the country and as far as Namibia, the Seychelles and London.
