The elegant manor house at Plaisir de Merle hosted invited media and guests to honour Niel Bester's 20th year of winemaking at the farm. Niel took us through a tasting of his wines from 1993, and they were all so incredibly youthful! We ended with their Malbec 2008 which won the Best Malbec in the Southern Hemisphere in 2011. Congratulations to Niel for 20 years of outstanding wines.
