Waterford is one of the few wineries who are able to host a trade tasting as a single winery and still manage to have plenty of guests. With over 80% of their wines being sold in South Africa - they certainly are popular with the locals. The elevated offices of Dimension Data in Observatory in Cape Town was the venue - and with the sun setting over the city it made for dramatic views and light.
