Gosset, the Oldest Wine House in Champagne, was founded in Ay in 1584. The House of Gosset is known for their special cuvees in elegantly shaped "antique" bottles which is a reproduction of the bottle used in the 18th and 19th centuries. At Gosset great care is taken by avoiding malolactic fermentation so that the wines keep their natural freshness brilliantly.
