The results of the 2012 Amorim MCC Challenge were announced at a function at the 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa on 20 September 2012. Crowned Best MCC overall, the elegant flagship, J.C. Le Roux Scintilla 2003, also won Best MCC Blend, with the J.C. Le Roux Pinot Noir Rose 2008 awarded Best Rose. Blanc de Blanc winner was the Simonsig Cuvee Royale Blanc de Blanc 07, and the Museum Class was won by the Krone Borealis Vintage Cuvee Brut 2001
