how the process works
  • when you want wine, it is a simple and easy process to find the wine you want & pop it into your virtual trolley
  • if you subscribe to our eMail notification service, we let you know about our specials and it takes just one click to pop these into your trolley
  • at any time you can view extensive details on every wine in our database, including other consumers' comments and ratings
  • when you are happy with your order, click on the checkout button
  • we keep as much information about you on record as you feel comfortable to give us – we can thus fill out most of the checkout forms for you, making the process simple and fast.
  • on receipt of your order, we confirm it via eMail
  • we then double-check that everything is OK. If not, we contact you via eMail or phone
  • if everything is OK, we place your order on the producer(s)
  • they deliver the wine to us within 72 hours
