Qualified as a fashion designer with a love for wine and wine marketing, Margot spent the last five years developing her passion as brand ambassador and sales representative for a few key wineries in the Southern Cape. During the harvest of 2010 she spent six months alongside brother and winemaker, Warren Ellis, as harvest assistant, achieving a world of knowledge in the importance of terroir, as well as the technical side of winemaking and wine tasting. She joined the team in July 2013 as Brand Manager.
