Tinashe Maguduru is a waitron at African Pride Arabella Hotel and Spa. Tinashe was born in Zimbabwe on 10 January 1980. He graduated from Mucheke High School in Masvingo in 2000 and from Masvingo Polytechnic College with a Certificate in Marketing Management in 2004.

Tinashe was born in Zimbabwe on 10 January 1980. He graduated from Mucheke High School in Masvingo in 2000 and from Masvingo Polytechnic College with a Certificate in Marketing Management in 2004. He continued with his studies towards Diploma in Marketing Management and managed to pass 10 subjects. During his studies in 2005 he dropped to a night student while working during the day for Thomas Meikle (TM) Supermarket as a till operator and shelf packer. In 2006 he was promoted to a supervising position in TM.
In December 2007 he moved to South Africa in search for greener pastures. He worked for a number of restaurants as a runner and later employed by Fruit and Veg Hermanus for 2 years till December 2011.
His interesting journey started in January 2012 when he moved to African Pride Arabella Hotel & Spa. After one year joined the hotel as a banqueting waitron he was promoted to the main restaurant Jamani before he established his arrival in Fine Dining half a year later,July 2013.
With passion, zeal and zest for the industry it to him no time to settle and be recognised. Through his hard working, commitment and down to earth he won quite a number of merit awards and a lot of hand written guests comments and complements from fellow work mates.
In Fine Dining that is were he has a natural intimacy with food and wine. He is currently enjoying to be part of a great Food and Beverage Team of the hotel led by Angela Frans
