Chef and creator of One Ingredient, Matt Manning will be working his innovative
magic with Farmer Charlie Crowther’s, from the Glen Oaks pig farm
in the Hemel-En-Aarde valley, outstanding pork produce.
Of
course, there will also be plenty of opportunity to savour Avondale’s
extraordinary wines approved by Mother Nature in a beautiful, relaxed setting.
