Socialize in the shade under the bedouin tents with unlimited wine
tasting and fabulous deals on wines from Perdeberg’s
Popular Range, as well as other wine ranges, such as Waka Waka and David Frost
Signature Series. Those looking for even more of a bargain can go to the stand
featuring the export ‘over-runs’ and ‘vintage changes’ where bottles can easily
go for under R40.
And that’s not all, visitors will have the opportunity to taste exclusive wines
that are not available in bottle stores such as Perdeberg’s premium The
Dry Land Collection, SAAM
Mountain and Rex
Equus ranges.
Relax and enjoy the entertainment which includes popular Afrikaans artists
Hugo
Niewoudt and Viljoen
Retief. Your host and MC for the
festival will be funny man Wolfgang
Riebe.
The children will be well looked after and entertained in a safe and dedicated
area where they can enjoy face-painting, balloon twisting, a puppet show and
even Giant Jenga for the older children - and possibly some adults too –
because who can resist Giant Jenga?
Not forgetting our four-legged family members, The Lucky Lucy Foundation will
also be at the festival. They will bring a caricature artist who will do a
paper sketch of your pet, one can do micro-chipping for only R100 per pet and
some cats, dogs, kittens and puppies will be there looking for new homes. The
Lucky Lucy Foundation will also do pet grooming and nail clipping … so don’t
leave home without your pet (unless it’s a goldfish)!
There are 16 stalls with various items for sale from samosas, olives,
cookie dough to clothes so there is something for everyone.
