The Cape Wine Academy in co-operation with the South African Brandy Foundation, have designed a new South African Brandy Course. The course aims to reach wine enthusiasts, brandy lovers and people in the liquor trade.

COURSE CONTENT:

This course is a single evening workshop. It will focus on improvement of the brandy appreciation and the understanding the subtleties of flavour and aroma. It will also cover areas of production, the making of the base wine, the art of distillation as well as blending components. A comprehensive range of brandy styles will be tasted to further enhance this experience.
