Delaire Graff Estate’s Asian-influenced restaurant, Indochine, is delighted to introduce a unique dining experience this season, the Winter Table.

Relax beneath the beautiful ‘Swallows in Flight’ art installation created by Lionel Smit and André Stead whilst enjoying the exotic combinations crafted by Head Chef, Virgil Kahn.

Be enchanted by the delicate, balanced flavours of a three course meal paired with two award winning Delaire Graff wines. The menu will change weekly offering new and exciting opportunities to savour the season.

In anticipation of the Winter Table dining experience, Kahn has worked on new dishes for the past few weeks saying, “Guests can expect surprising dishes such as Jungle Curry Quail; a roasted whole quail stuffed with chicken served with a peanut curry.”

Manager of Indochine, Johandri Ras, expressed his delight saying, “We wish to offer guests an opportunity to discover Indochine’s culinary and dining philosophy, to be swept away by warm service and flavours in our beautiful setting.”
