Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa, the well-known and friendly establishment located at the foot of the Hottentot Hollands in Somerset West, will be hosting a Mediterranean food and wine pairing extravaganza offered by Chaine des Rôtisseurs chef Ghenwa Steingaszner of GHENWA’S LEBANESE COOKING CLUB and Henry Kotze, cellar master of Giulio Bertrand’s highly reputable Morgenster Estate, world renown for high quality olive oils and premium wines and more recently for their collection of fine wines made from Italian grape varietals.

Ghenwa and Henry will guide you through a cornucopia of Lebanese dishes some with distinct Italian flavors, elegantly infused with the finest Morgenster olive oils and matched with the finest quality Morgenster collection of wines.

The event will take place in the elegant and friendly “Seventeen07” dining room and will feature intermittent entertainment provided by the very talented singer and musician Dara Steingaszner (daughter of chef Ghenwa).
