A two hour evening, which covers the theory of Brandy and includes a brandy tasting. Everyone is welcome!
COURSE CONTENT:
This course is a single evening workshop. It will focus on improvement of the brandy appreciation and the understanding the subtleties of flavour and aroma. It will also cover areas of production, the making of the base wine, the art of distillation as well as blending components. A comprehensive range of brandy styles will be tasted to further enhance this experience.
