The menu features starter options of slow roasted pork belly or marinated soy citrus scallops, main course options of salmon & prawn stuffed sole, ostrich fillet or succulent lamb shoulder and dessert options of lemon meringue pannacotta or chenin blanc vanilla poached pear.
An amouse bouche of sweet potato and pancetta soup, a pallet cleanser and friandise is served before, during and after each course.
