The proceedings will be concluded with certain formalities for the AGM.
The attendance fee for paid-up members is a subsidised R500 per person (also for staff of members), while the fee for any other interested person is R850.

The fee includes electronic copies of the presentations. Morning coffee / tea and a light lunch will be provided.
