He is one of the three international judges at this year's Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show. He will be joined by fellow speaker Callan Williams, an Elgin winemaker who will provide a glimpse of her fascination with life, vines and her wine brand, The Garajeest.
Rootstock is a collection of young people from the South African wine industry (the rootstock) who get together from time to time to discuss topics of interest – with an emphasis on innovation, leadership and creativity.
