Zandwijk Wines celebrates International Museum Day on the 18th of May at the South African Jewish Museum with a special Food and Wine Pairing.

Zandwijk Wines hosts a Food and Wine pairing guided by their Winemaker, Jean van Rooyen, in Cape Town at the SAJM, starting at 18h00 for 18h30 and finishing at 21h30, this mouth watering menu will be served:

(Vin Doux sparkling wine on arrival as welcome drink.)

Served meal:

Unorthodox Sauvignon Blanc 2016 paired with

Caramelised pear & avocado topped with toasted flake almonds served on greens

Kleine Draken Natural Sweet White paired with

Salmon Three ways

Salmon rose, skewered salmon gravadlax and Norwegian peppered salmon

 Unorthodox Merlot/ Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 paired with

Spinach & feta ravioli served on a Napolitana sauce

Kleine Draken Natural Sweet Red paired with

Decadent chocolate brownie

Death by chocolate mousse shot served in a shot glass
