On Friday 26 May Lanzerac Wine Estate is collaborating with Annelien Pienaar and Van Gaalen Cheese Farm to bring you an unforgettable experience and a feast for the senses.

A five course food & wine pairing dinner, prepared by Annelien Pienaar, will be served at van Gaalen Cheese Farm. Each course will be paired with one of Lanzerac's Premium Wines, presented by Zelda Furstenburg.

Chenin Blanc & Goats cheese Panacota with Sweet chillie beads and slithers of toasted ciabata

Second Course:
Chardonnay & Biltong and Brie Gratin Dauphinois

Third Course:
Pinotage & Beef Bourguignon, Quinoa and mushroom sauté, Glazed young peas and carrot tourns

Fourth Course:
Cabernet Sauvignon & 18 month Boerenkaas van Gaalen, Jonge Belege van Gaalen, Camembert van Gaalen, Garlic and olive oil roasted bruchetta, Balsamic reduction

Fifth Course:
MCC Dry Brut & Sticky Toffee pudding with caramel centers served with fresh jersey cream
