In celebration of the New Year, Head Chef Carolize will be serving a tantalizing 5 course dinner, promising the perfect end to the old year whilst ushering in the new.

Each course on the menu has been carefully paired with Dornier wines ending with servings of Classic Madelein and Méthode Cap Classic.
