Spend a fun, interactive morning learning from the professionals...
Duck - start with a whole duck, learn how to break it down, make duck liver parfait, seared duck breast and confit duck leg. Enjoy a duck feast!
Dates: Sat, 17 May and Sat, 30 August

Fish - learn how to choose the right fish for the right dish, clean and portion, grilled, en papilotte (steam in paper) and the art of smoked fish.
Date: Sat, 2 August

Bread - basic white bread rolls, cape seed loaf, focaccia and ciabatta.
Dates: Sat, 3 May; Sat, 31 May; Sat, 21 June; Sat, 16 August

Basic cooking - learn how to make basic bread, cook a roast from scratch, adapt sauces for any dish and master simple dishes.
Dates: Sat, 7 June

Each session starts with coffee and pastries at 08h30. Cooking starts at 9h00. 10h30 break for a glass of bubbly, 12h00 lunch.

Costs
R500 for bread and basic cooking courses, excl beverages with your lunch.
R650 for Duck and Fish courses, excl beverages with your lunch.

Special offer
Get a group of eight friends together and your course will be complimentary (plus you may choose the day of your course - Monday to Saturday).
Courses normally on Saturday mornings, but other dates can be arranged for groups.
