Walkers and Runners have a choice between 5 and 10km. The longer, 10 kilometre route includes some challenging hill climbing, whereas the shorter route is easier and suitable for all ages.

Online pre entries are recommended to ensure an early start on the day. Pre-entries and will close on 11 March 2015. Late entries will still be accepted on the day.

Cost: 10 km R80 | 5 km R50

The route provides a rare treat as you go through vineyards alongside the Stellenbosch Mountains. The 10km route will extend through the Kabouterbos forest. Water will be available along the route.

For wheelchair users there is a gravel route available through the beautiful wine estate which follows a different course. Please note that this route is not suitable for power chairs. Assistance will be provided for those who needs it.

Prizes: Medals will be awarded to the first 500 to finish and the first, second and third participants in each category will be eligible for gift hampers. A lucky draw will be held at the end of the event for all participants.

All proceeds will go to Senecio Support for People with Disabilities.
