COURSE OUTLINE:
The
Diploma course comprises 4 modules. On completion of Module 1, further modules
can be completed in any order, over a 2 to 4 year period. The course is partly
self-study. Each module
requires
that 3 course assignments be submitted, and concludes with a three hour written
theory examination.
Module 1: Global Wine Production, starts in Johannesburg in March 2015
and Stellenbosch
& Cape Town in Aug 2015
