Azure Restaurant’s monthly Food & Wine Pairing series at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa continues, this month in association with Stellenbosch’s Jordan Wine Estate. Executive Chef Christo Pretorius will create a special four-course menu, to be expertly matched with a selection of Gary and Kathy Jordan’s finest vintages.

Jordan continues to focus on producing fiercely individual wines, combining the fruity accessibility of the New World with the Classic Elegance of the Old.

Fine dining restaurant Azure, which recently secured its place on the prestigious American Express® Platinum Fine Dining Awards list for the third year running, will welcome diners to this gourmet experience with breathtaking views, plush surroundings, and impeccable service.
