Celebrate Easter Sunday with Chef Ryan Shell’s handcrafted Easter Tasting Menu at Haute Cabriere’s Cellar Restaurant. Inspired by the estate’s organic veggie garden, the tasting menu is sure to deliver flavour filled picture perfect meals. Morne Meyer, a local musician, will be providing the musical entertainment on the day. He has been in the musical industry for over 10 years, and has been playing guitar since the age of 8 and has travelled both locally and abroad entertaining people with his unique vocal and instrumental music. He currently has 2 CDs out, namely Freedom and Inkokeli jazz.

The Easter Tasting Menu starts at R325 per person (R240 without wine) for 3 courses or R445 per person (R375 without wine) for 6 courses. Haute Cabriere’s delectable a la carte menu will also be available on the day should you wish to make your own selections.
