Azure Restaurant at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and
Friday 24 April 2015 sees Azure Restaurant at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa team up with Stellenzicht Wine Estate for its monthly Food & Wine Pairing series. As is tradition, Executive Chef Christo Pretorius will create a special four-course menu, to be paired with a fine selection of Stellenzicht wines.
Stellenzicht is situated on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, in a prime wine-growing area known locally for its exceptional terroir as the Golden Triangle. Fine dining restaurant Azure, fresh from a successful showcase at this year’s Taste of Cape Town, looks forward to welcoming diners to a special evening of epicurean delights.
