So you'll get to sip on the diverse and interesting wines, beer and bubbly on offer paired with fresh succulent oysters. Try your oysters dressed up with Ol'Faithful … Lemon, Black Pepper and Tabasco, A l'il Tangy … Onion Vinaigrette, or a Sushi Oyster … Wasabi, Soy Sauce and Pickled Ginger.
Fresh oysters, along with grilled prawns will be available for all famished Festival-goers. Medium oysters (available at all Oyster Factories) will be sold for R15 each and the popular jumbo oysters (available at the Champagne and Oyster Deck) for R30 each. Gourmands are also invited to experiment with pairing and matching the delicious oceanic flavour of their oysters with beers, wines or the classic favourite, a crisp bubbly.
Oysters are sold at R15 (medium) to R30 (jumbo).

OYSTER FACTORIES :
There are 6 points from which visitors can purchase their oysters. 4 Points in the Main tents, 1 point in the Beer Garden and 1 point in the Champagne & and Oyster deck.
BEER GARDEN :
A variety of beers available, including a new addition of craft beer, such as
Krystal Weiss, a popular German Style Beer ,which has a fruity aroma and is great for a hot sunny day
Cream Ale an easy drinking vanilla and toffee flavoured Beer
Irish Red Ale which has a subtle citric hops aroma and full Malt Character
WINE CIRCLES :
The two main exhibition areas will each facilitate a wine station.
Visitors can experience a variety of wines before choosing to buy a bottle or even a case!
CHAMPAGNE & OYSTER DECK :
Visitors are able to enjoy an exclusive array of Methode Cap Classiques and purchase their 'Jumbo' oysters on the deck.
GOURMET FOOD:
In the Main tented areas, near the wine circles will be an excellent array of local exhibitors offering olives, cheeses, chocolate brownies, smoked meats and home-made preserves and sauces, and many other delights.
ENTERTAINMENT:
The courtyard 'horse-shoe area' will offer festival visitors seating and live entertainment

Festival Entrance Fee R125.00 per person which includes a wine tasting glass. Tickets available at the door. Children under 18 years for free, they must be accompanied by an adult.
