All finishers will receive a hand made, beaded bracelet.
We support a micro business in the community of Suurbraak near Swellendam. The bracelets are made specifically for the Lourensford Harvest Market trail run.
There are no refunds once you’ve entered and you cannot carry your entry forward for other runs – the refund admin fee cost more than the entry of the run in any way.
Race rules:
Any abusive language is banned
No smoking at the race venue or on route
No spectators allowed on route
If you decide to withdrew during the run, you must make your way back to the start and notify the registration crew at the finish
Anyone taking a short cut through orchards or don’t obey the race rules will be disqualified from future events
Runners may not interfere with the timing crew at the finish line during the event. Don’t ask them what your time is -They are very busy doing their work. The easiest would be to note the time you start on your watch and again when you finish.
