'Festive'Pop-Up Restaurant

We've now completed a full two years of our fine dining Pop-Up Restaurant, that's eight different seasonal menus, and it's almost time for our next one! This time our theme is seasonally “Festive”.

Take this unique opportunity to enjoy exquisite fine dining under the dramatic Klein Drakenstein Mountains near Paarl. Mellasat Vineyards is known as the “Home of the White Pinotage” for creating the world’s first white wine out of South Africa’s own grape variety.

Please make a note in your diary for the 12th and 13th of December 2015. Due to a congestion of other events in November we decided to move this Pop-Up Restaurant to December, but that gave us the perfect excuse for an obvious theme!

Opening times for the Restaurant will be Saturday 12th December - dinner from 18:00 till 21:30, and Sunday 13th December lunch from 12:00 till 15:00. Priced at R240 for two courses or R315 for three courses, the menu will have a choice of three dishes at each course, including a complimentary “amuse bouche” and “palate cleanser” at the appropriate stage.

Our excellent range of wines will be available at normal cellar door prices! Tables will be limited, and we already have repeat bookings from the previous season, especially for the Sunday, so please don’t miss out on this unique opportunity!
