The trio was formed in 2009 by three enthusiastic, like minded musicians; Louisa Theart (Flute), Marike Grobbelaar (Clarinet) and Gareth Harvey (Saxophone). They saw a need for a woodwind group which could offer a different sound for audiences where they specialise in classical repertoire but expand to incorporate a jazzy and contemporary twist. They will present a mix of familiar and new arrangements with a French flair for the Bastille Day Concert.
