Guaranteed to be a day Mom won’t forget she’ll (together with the rest of the family) will be treated to a sumptuous lunch in the comfort of the luxurious Governors Hall Restaurant, situated in the five-star hotel. Your choice of starters includes cured Bacon Caesar salad, Taberu Rayu seared Beef salad, Prawn, Corn and Coriander Veloute or delicious Panko and Pecorino crumbed Avocado wedges. For mains you’ll have the option to select one of four dishes Executive Chef Stephen Fraser has created especially for this special day. Your selection includes griddled Roast Sirloin of Beef, marinated and poached Kingklip, cubed Salmon and shaved Fennel Pasta or Porcini Mushroom and Gorgonzola Risotto. And it gets even better! Make sure you leave enough room for dessert which can only be described as heavenly. Your choices include Milk Tart Profiteroles, classical Lemon and Poppy Soufflé or Honeycomb Cheesecake coated in Manjari Chocolate.
