Don’t miss out on the opportunity to catch Chef Matt Manning from One Ingredient when he collaborates with Lanzerac Wines for an interactive dinner, created around one central ingredient - MILK!

In celebration of Women’s month groups of six or more will receive a 20% discount when booking for one of these not to be missed dinners, which take place on August 30th and 31st at the Ginger & Lime Food Studio in Cape Town.

Drawing inspiration from this month of women Matt and his team will be taking their cue from one of the most beautiful and powerful women of our time – Cleopatra. Along with her brilliance as a ruler and infamous love affairs, Cleopatra was also known for her love of bathing. But not just any old plebian water bath – the captivating Cleopatra loved nothing more than to bathe in milk.

Although Matt, who regards celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay as one of his mentors, can’t offer you a milk bath he will be creating five mouthwatering dishes, showcasing the star ingredient being milk, all beautifully paired with wines from Lanzerac Estate’s Heritage and Premium ranges. 


Each course will demonstrate a delicious way in which this smooth, creamy liquid can feature in a dish. Cellar Master Wynand Lategan will be on hand to tell you more about Lanzerac, its history and of course the superb wines on offer.

After the canapés and amuse bouche are served, guests will be called on to participate in this fun interactive evening. Matt gives a demonstration of the next two courses, which guests then re-create in groups. Finally, guests are given the opportunity to sit back and relax while dessert is served to them. A magical food and wine evening awaits you!


Tickets cost R690 per person and pre-booking is essential as seating is limited to only 20 people per dinner. The cost includes your dinner and all wines served. And don’t forget if you are booking for six or more for the same evening you qualify for a 20% discount.
