This Front of House Course is designed to set a standard in the wine industry regarding service and attitude towards tourists and potential customers.

The course will be run over two days and will include teas and a lunch. Each student is required to complete an assignment prior to the start of the course, (which will count towards their final mark) and are requested to bring a bottle of wine from their winery, so as to present it to the other course participants. On successful completion of this course the candidate will be able to proceed to the second level course, namely the Certificate Wine Course.
