Colour: Light straw with a fine beady mousse.
Bouquet: Delicate yeasty tones, layered with toast and ripe fruit enlivened by a firm mousse and a persistent bead making it particularly attractive.
Taste: A foamy mouth feel and yeasty notes with crisp green apple freshness imparted by the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir providing the flavours of dark fruit. It has a long lingering mature finish.

Colour: Brilliant with fresh green tinges.
Bouquet: Lovely floral and passion fruit aromas, with hints of pineapple and spanspek. The enticing nose carries through to the taste and holds its own all the way.
Taste: It is fresh, full and rich with flavours of tropical fruit and nettles in the initial flavour. This follows through with mouth-filling sweet, fresh tropical flavours of passion fruit, pineapple and the typical green hints of the cultivar. It has a very long and lingering aftertaste.

Colour: Light straw with a green tint.
Bouquet: Lime, pear, almonds, notes of oak and a smoky toastiness
Taste: Round and full with stone fruit, citrus and sweet, ripe tropical flavours and a light toastiness layered with creaminess in a lingering aftertaste. Sweet vanilla oak flavours enrich the taste experience.

Winemaker's Comments
The wine reflects the diversity of the farm with its different soil types, micro-climate and fynbos integrated between the vineyards. Each of the wines in the blend stands out in terms of its varietal expression but blended together they form a harmonious wine where no single cultivar dominates.

Colour:  Bright red.
Bouquet: Aromatic red berries, spicy sweet tones with cedar and subtle vanilla aromas.
Taste:  Blackcurrant and a variety of red berries. Sweet, ripe fruit. Tannins firm and oak well integrated with fruit.  Full-bodied with oak adding hints of tobacco and cedar.

Colour: It has a youthful bright ruby red colour.
Bouquet: The wine has an aromatic nose of red fruit, cherries, strawberry jam with floral hints, and cedar and cloves.
Taste: On the taste it is well-structured with a pleasant soft and velvety palate, layered with ripe sweet red berries and prunes, and supported by cedar and vanilla oak flavours. It has a rich, lingering aftertaste.
