Wine.co.za puts its March Spotlight on Vergenoegd's Tawny Port 1999
Wine.co.za visited John Faure at Vergenoegd Winery near Somerset West. The farm is one of the oldest in South Africa and John has spent many hours lovingly making and taking care of their Tawny Port 1999. This is the first time they have made it and it is really chewy with a full & rounded mouthfeel! Could even be served as a dessert on its own.
